Service Structure

Cleaning is provided on a recurring schedule:

  • Weekly

  • Bi-weekly

All services are delivered after-hours to avoid disruption.

Each location is serviced on a defined schedule with a consistent scope—no variability, no missed items.

What’s Included

Each service follows a defined scope to ensure consistency across every visit:

General Areas

  • Dusting of accessible surfaces

  • Wipe-down of desks (when cleared)

  • Spot cleaning of glass

What’s Not Included

To maintain consistency and scheduling reliability, the following are excluded unless quoted separately:

  • Interior of appliances (fridges, microwaves, etc.)

  • Inside windows and high glass

  • Carpet extraction or deep floor treatments

  • Post-construction or one-time cleaning

  • Supply of consumables (paper products, soap, etc.)

Service Standards

  • Reset clean required prior to ongoing service

  • Access via key or entry code required

  • 48-hour response window for service requests

  • Month-to-month service with 30-day notice

  • Services are delivered based on a standardized scope, not time spent on site.
