Scheduled Office Cleaning
Routine cleaning services for offices and professional workplaces, delivered on a consistent schedule and defined scope.
Includes common areas, kitchens, washrooms, and accessible workstations.
Common Areas & Shared Facilities
Cleaning and upkeep of shared spaces in multi-tenant or mixed-use buildings.
Lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and shared washrooms.
After-Hours Service
After-hours and weekend cleaning designed to minimize disruption to daily operations.
Access protocols and schedules agreed in advance.
1. Initial Reset Service
Every new client begins with a one-time Reset Clean.
The Reset Clean establishes baseline condition and prepares the facility for ongoing maintenance. Recurring service begins only after this step is completed.
2. Recurring Maintenance Plan
Ongoing service is delivered under a flat-rate maintenance agreement tied to a defined scope and frequency.
Weekly and bi-weekly schedules are most common.
Service plans are structured for consistency — not ad-hoc visits.
3. Defined Scope & Access Protocols
All work is performed to a documented scope.
Service windows (before 9am or after 5pm) and access procedures are agreed upon in advance.
4. What Is Not Included
Tersus provides recurring maintenance cleaning. Specialized services such as interior window cleaning, deep appliance cleaning, floor refinishing, post-construction cleaning, and event cleanup are quoted separately or not offered.
